Nielsen Ground-Water Science, Inc. and The Nielsen Environmental E-School hold ownership and copyright of all E-School materials. Creating hard copy or electronic versions of modules or E-Courses is a violation of copyright laws and is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.
Modules cannot be downloaded and cannot be printed in hard copy. A hard-copy study guide is included for those taking an E-Course with the intent of earning certification and is available at an additional charge to those taking an E-Course without earning certification.
Payment in full of registration fees for all modules and E-Courses is required upon registration for any module or E-Course. Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only). We cannot accept checks or Purchase Orders for E-School registrations. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Discounts on E-School registrations cannot be combined (e.g. certification discounts cannot be combined with group discounts) and cannot be transferred.
Be certain that you have set aside sufficient time to view the module before you register to take the module. After you have selected, registered and paid for an individual module, you will have 24 hours to view the module. You must complete the module within that 24-hour time period. During that 24-hour period, you will have 2 opportunities to view the module. Modules will time out 60 minutes beyond the stated duration of the module, including field video time.
For E-Courses, you will have 30 days to complete the E-Course. The individual modules making up the E-Course must be completed in the prescribed order. All field videos (including off-site videos) must be viewed if taking an E-Course for certification, as examinations will include material covered in the videos. You will have 2 opportunities to view each individual module that is included in the E-Course. Individual modules will time out 60 minutes beyond the stated duration of the module, including field video time.
Upon completion of a module or E-Course, the registrant will receive a certificate of module completion or E-Course completion and will be awarded the corresponding number of CEUs for the module or E-Course. In addition, the registrant may e-mail a reasonable number of brief, module-related or E-Course related technical questions to module instructors for one week following completion of the module or E-Course. For individuals taking an E-Course for certification, examinations will be e-mailed to the registrant following this one-week question period.
