We maintain a secure web site so that any information you provide to us either through on-line forms or via e-mail is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or distribute your information to others. Your credit card information will be encrypted for your security.

Returns, Refund and Ordering Information

All sales are final and no refunds can be made.

After your credit card payment is processed, a receipt will be e-mailed to you directly from the credit card processing center (we do not generate receipts).  If you do not see your receipt in your e-mail, please check your SPAM box.

All merchandise and publication sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Once payment is received or your credit card is processed, we will ship your order within 48 hours. A receipt will be included with your publication order.

For International orders, you will be contacted with an estimate of shipping costs prior to processing your order.

If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of you placing your order, we may be in the field without access to e-mail or a fax machine. Please call our office (575-532-5535) and leave a detailed message about your order.

Course Registration and Cancellation Information

Full refunds for course registrations are made for cancellations received in writing on company letterhead (no e-mails, voice mails or faxes) up to 21 days prior to the course start date; thereafter a 50% penalty applies. No-shows are responsible for the full fee. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the course. We are not responsible for non-refundable airfares or hotel deposits. Please avoid disappointment -- do not register for a course unless you have approval to attend.
